Private Niagara Falls tours from Vaughan

Vaughan never really sits still — the subway humming into the VMC, the lot filling at Vaughan Mills, the coasters running at Wonderland. A private Skyline day is the calm counterweight: no coach depot to find at dawn, no stranger sharing your armrest, just your own party and a chauffeur who knows the run south cold. With Hwy 400 minutes from most Vaughan driveways, rolling out early puts you at the Horseshoe before the first tour bus has parked. Your chauffeur holds the car there as long as the view keeps you, then the Niagara Parkway home is yours to unwind on.

Collecting you in Vaughan

From Vaughan it's about 140 km and 105 minutes each way via Hwy 400 -> 407 -> QEW. Central York start — Highway 400 is minutes from the door for the long run south.

From Vaughan we drop onto Highway 400 and ride it south to the 407, skimming the top of the city before the QEW sweeps us around the western end of the lake into Niagara. It's roughly 140 km and about 105 minutes each way, and because you start north of Toronto the escarpment and the tower-lined skyline arrive as a genuine reveal. Your chauffeur drives every kilometre, out and back.

Near your pickup
  • Vaughan Mills — If you're near Vaughan Mills we'll pull up right at the door, so nobody hauls bags across the lot before the long, easy run south to the Falls.
  • the VMC — From a tower in the VMC your chauffeur meets you curbside, trading the Vaughan Metropolitan Centre skyline for the Niagara skyline by late morning.
  • Canada's Wonderland — Staying out near Canada's Wonderland? We come door-to-door and are on Highway 400 within minutes of loading the car.

Questions

Vaughan tour questions

How long is the drive to Niagara Falls from Vaughan?

About 105 minutes each way in normal traffic — roughly 140 km via Hwy 400 -> 407 -> QEW. Your chauffeur watches the Hwy 400 -> 407 -> QEW and adjusts your pickup time so you still reach Table Rock ahead of the crowds.

What does a private tour from Vaughan cost?

A flat rate per vehicle with taxes included: from CA$760 for the luxury sedan, up to the luxury sprinter van for larger groups. You see your exact price on this page before you commit.

Is the price really flat, per vehicle?

Yes. The number you see is for the whole vehicle for the whole day, with 13% HST already included. It does not change with the number of passengers, and there is no per-person fare.

Do I pay to reserve?

No. Reserving costs nothing — you confirm the details and we email you back within one business day. Payment is arranged before or on the day; we tell you the method up front, never a surprise e-transfer.

What time do we start?

Most tours leave in the morning to beat the coaches to the Falls. We agree the exact pickup time when we confirm, and adjust for traffic on your route.

What happens if the weather turns?

The Falls are spectacular in rain and even in snow, and most attractions stay open. If a specific stop is closed we swap it — your chauffeur re-sequences the day on the spot.

There are six of us leaving Vaughan — which vehicle should we book?

Six travellers with day bags fit the Luxury SUV nicely at CA$1000 for the nine-hour base day. Want more elbow room on the run down the 400? The Mercedes Sprinter Van at CA$1520 opens things up, and both are one flat Vaughan rate with the 13% HST already inside — never a per-person charge.

Does the price include admission to the Falls attractions?

It does not — Skyline Niagara only ever sells the drive. Your Vaughan fare pays for the private car, the chauffeur and the waiting time, and you buy your own attraction admission at the gate. Handling tickets yourself also means you, not us, decide when you walk in.

Can we leave Vaughan early to beat the crowds?

Yes, and from the north end of the GTA it is the smart play. An early Vaughan pickup gets you onto the 400 and 407 before they clog, holding the run near 105 minutes and putting you at the brink ahead of the coaches. Your chauffeur waits all day, so an early roll simply buys unhurried time and an optional Parkway drive home.
